All That We’ve Loved…

The Victoria and Albert Museum in London has been a treasure trove of inspiration for me, long before I had the chance to step foot into those beautiful stone halls. I have been really lucky to get to visit the museum quite a few times over the past few years, and it’s become one of Jon and my most favorite places - so much so, that it was the inspiration for Jack’s nursery (more on that for another post!)

Last winter, I culled through all sorts of images I had photographed while browsing through the museum, and filled page after page with sketches and doodles, that became a series of paintings - 24 6x6inch paintings on wood panels, that collectively shape a lot of what I find so inspiring about the museum.
